When leaders incorporate empathy to influence\, impact and motivate\, they inadvertently increase the company’s ROI! \nLeading with empathy encompasses acknowledgement\, curiosity and active listening skills\, which leads to client/employee retention and engagement\, while creating a culture of inclusion and diversity. Attendance will be monitored.\nComplete and submit the Training Evaluation by May 2nd; this will be emailed to each participant.\n\n  \nAbout CEUs\nAs an authorized CEU Provider\, AICI is in the process of approving this program for 0.3 AICI CEUs. \nEarning CEUs is not a requirement of general membership with AICI. \nHowever\, if you are currently certified through AICI with CIC\, CIP or CIM then you must earn CEUs to retain certification. Please follow this procedure: \n\nAt the end of this program\, please complete the Participant Training Evaluation form.  You will notice that included in this form are the learning outcomes for the session.
