Empathy is the gateway to improved communication, client/employee engagement, greater sales effectiveness, secondary or add-on revenue, and overall greater satisfaction with work and professional growth.
The word empathy has only been around since the late 1930’s, and it’s meaning continues to evolve and grow. When leaders incorporate empathy to influence, impact and motivate, they inadvertently increase the company’s ROI!
Leading with empathy encompasses acknowledgement, curiosity and active listening skills, which leads to client/employee retention and engagement, while creating a culture of inclusion and diversity. Each client/company is directed to focus on high-value activities aligning directly with their specific goals to succeed in a rapidly evolving world.
